As Vice President of A&R and Creative Affairs at Chrysalis Music Nashville (2005–2010), Trey oversaw the creation of more than 500 songs, beginning with the very first compositions of several new signings. He guided the early artist development of John and TJ Osborne (Brothers Osborne), Chris Janson, Kree Harrison, and Charlie Worsham, helping to shape their first recordings and careers.
In the following decade, Trey founded Nouveau World Music and Kid Drum Music, boutique publishing ventures in partnership with The Royalty Network (New York) and Round Hill Music (Nashville). His latest company, Galore Entertainment, expands his focus to catalog development, artist management, and sync licensing, while his private studio, SpiderMonkey Recordings, continues to foster new creative collaborations in Nashville.
