Base Rental Includes

  • Use of designated rental space(s), restrooms, and building entrances during the contracted rental period – Rental time begins with load-in and ends with load-out – Full Day is from 9 a.m. to midnight – Half Day can be any 4 hour period
  • House sound and lighting equipment package for live music and projection screen for film/video
  • Our concessions stand (popcorn, candy, pizza, soda, beer, wine, and bottled water)

Additional fees and arrangements may apply and vary depending on the nature of the production and may include technical personnel, equipment, box office / ticketing, custodial, catering and other services. We are happy to provide an estimate before making contractual arrangements.

Rent The History & Culture Center

The Perfect Complement to The Franklin Theatre.

The History & Culture Center is a historic 6,000-square-foot, three-story building is also available for private event use, and like The Franklin Theatre, is a division of the nonprofit Heritage Foundation of Williamson County.
