Ticketing & Preservation Fees
In addition to published ticket prices, patrons will notice additional fees added to the price of events.
Successful historic theaters require ongoing care and plans to fund future costs of repairs and equipment replacement. The Franklin Theatre adds a modest “preservation fee” to the cost ticket buyers pay for any and all tickets regardless of the point of purchase. Funds received from these fees are dedicated to major capital expenses and repairs and are retained solely by the Franklin Theatre for these purposes.
|Ticket Price||Preservation Fee|
|$0.01 – $10.99||$1.00|
|$11.00 to $50.99||$2.00|
|$51.00 and Higher||$3.00|
* Additional ticketing service fees are charged by Agile for online purchases services (see below).
Online Purchase Service Fees (Agile)
Online Purchase Service Fees are NOT charged to ticket buyers for purchases made in person at our box office or by phone (615-538-2076).

These fees are for maintaining ticketing systems and software, and go directly to our ticket service provider (Agile). These fees are determined by ticket price, as follows:
